Introducing the efficient drying system to remove moisture from cleaned shredded plastic.
The dryer system uses a high-efficiency airflow and heating process to ensure plastic flakes are completely dry and ready for further processing such as extrusion or pelletizing. After washing the shredded plastic, the drying process ensures consistent quality and prevents defects in final products. The drying chamber uses a combination of hot air circulation and mechanical agitation to remove surface and absorbed moisture from the plastic flakes.

• Metal electronic box fitted with all electrical components.

• MCB: Reputed make MCB for blower and heating system protection.

• Other Electrical Outfits: Contactors, temperature controller, standard cord wiring with PVC conduct channel framing.

• Phase synchronizer, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection as per CE standard.

MACHINE OPERATION:

The goal of the dryer system is to remove moisture from washed plastic flakes.
To do so, the system uses controlled hot air and continuous mechanical agitation to evaporate water from the surface and inner structure of the plastic.
The input of the dryer system is clean, wet shredded plastic with a size of 4–40 mm.
For best results, plastic should be sorted per type and color before drying, ensuring consistent quality for further production stages.
