Fully assembled shredder according to SHRPROWEI-1 0000.00-0 drawings with some modifications:

Frame:
Now the frame has an enclosed compartment to prevent plastic from getting all over the floor or fly away in your workspace and getting polluted (how-to will be published soon). The frame also has an extra safety guard on the motor for extra safety (how-to will be published soon).

Shredding box:
By default there are no windows in the front of the shredding box, unless you add them as an option (they are not essential and they are useful only if your shredder will be use in demonstration events). Motor attachment is also in a different position (adapted to the motor installed, no impact on the functions). We also added a bearing cover on the front bearing for extra safety of this moving component.

Motor and control:
Our shredders are provided with a NORD 4kW moto-reductor made in Germany.
The emergency switch have been moved to the front for extra safety
As a base case these motor are driven with an inverter, allowing some extra function such as:
- Slow start: allowing you to use less energy during the starting phase and making it solar power compatible.
- Auto unjam program: where the rotor will automatically reverse in different direction until the shredder is unjammed.
As an option, you can choose a standard Direct On Line (DOL) box. These functions will not be available, but the components are easier to replace during the lifetime of your machine.

Other things to consider:

- If your country don't appear yet on the shipping list contact us to calculate the shipping cost for you, but if you want to handle the shipping yourself consider the machine weights 500kg and it will be shipped on a 120x80x170cm pallet.

- For shipping within the EU the machine is protected with cardboard and recycled plastic wrap. For international export, we'll pack the machine in a wooden box, that will be included in you shipping quote.

- We also offer other payment methods, feel free to contact us.

- If you are a European company located outside Portugal, we will send you a payment link removing the 23% of VAT.-
