Plastic Granulator Machine | 400-600 kg/hr. | Robust & Efficient

I bought an extruder pro from Abhishek. I was told it would take 3 months to deliver. 9 months later I was still getting excuses. When it finally arrived, the screw broke within the first week. To be fair, Abhishek split the cost of the new one but I still had to wait another month for it to arrive.

More recently I bought another replacement screw and barrel because something never seemed right after the first screw broke. I suspect damage was done to the barrel. Abhishek neglected to add a simple fact to the shipment documents that ended up costing me more than the cost of the items that I ordered. While trying to rectify the problem, all parties involved in the shipping process site the vendor as not having done the documents correctly.

Again, to be fair, the machine has performed well except for the bent barrel problems. Abhishek is terrible at communication. I often had to message him as much as five times over several days just to get a simple answer from him. His favorite excuse is to blame holidays for lack of action. Apparently people in India take 6 months off for holidays every year.
