Automatic 1.5x1.5 Meter Sheet Press System

We provide installation, technical support, and virtual training for your new machine. We also offer an operating manual, how-to guides, and two years of free virtual maintenance to keep your equipment running smoothly.

This machine can make multiple sheets out of HDPE / PP / PS / LDPE / ABS waste.

Each sheet can recycle from 14-50 kgs of plastic waste.

MAIN DESIGN COMPONENTS:

1. 1500x1500mm Aluminum Plate  base attached with plate heaters and whole supporting heavy-duty structure: 1nos
2. Automatic Hydraulic Jack System with Control system.
3. Process Control Panel synchronized by one master control: 1 no.

MAIN SHEET PRESS

• Supporting structure MS Powder coated.
• 8-10 mm Top & bottom aluminum plates.
• 25 Heating plates on each side mounted on aluminum plates to ensure equal distribution of heat.
• 10-50 Ton standard Automatic Hydraulic Jack at the bottom of the pressing system with pressure gauge. Standard 4 rolling mechanism to ensure smooth up-down rolling of the bottom plate
