This machine can make multiple sheets out of HDPE / PP / PS / LDPE / ABS waste.
Each sheet can be recycled from 14-50 kgs of plastic waste.

MAIN SHEET PRESS
- Supporting structure MS Powder coated.
- 6 mm Top & bottom aluminium plates.
- 12 Heating plates on each side mounted on aluminium plates to ensure equal heat distribution.
- 10-ton standard Manual Jack at the bottom of the pressing system with pressure gauge.
- Standard 4 rolling mechanism to ensure smooth up-down rolling of the bottom plate.
PROCESS CONTROL PANEL
- Temp. Controllers: PID Controller with Autotuning & dual display (OMRON)
- MCB: Reputed make MCB in line with every heating zone supply
- Other Electrical Outfits: Contactors, Synchronization card, standard cord wiring with PVC conduct channel framing.
- Phase Synchronizer and Over Voltage Protection as per CE Standard.
