The press features independently adjustable temperatures for the upper and lower heating plates, allowing precise control over the heating process. I personally worked at around 180°C, but the machine is capable of reaching temperatures of approximately 300°C.

The heating plate dimensions were specifically matched to my laser cutter, making the press particularly suitable for large-format sheet production.

Included moulds & accessories

I also had a set of custom-made moulds produced specifically for manufacturing the sheets. Two sizes are available:

• 85 × 105 cm – 2 sets
• 25 × 35 cm – 2 sets

The moulds are approximately 3 mm thick and are fitted with Teflon paper.

Condition
