Each sheet can recycle 14 kgs of plastic waste.

MAIN SHEET PRESS

1. Supporting structure MS Powder coated. 
2. 8 mm Top & bottom aluminium plates. 
3. 20 Heating plates on each side mounted on aluminium plates to ensure equal distribution of heat. 
4. 10 -50Ton standard Manual Jack at the bottom of the pressing system with pressure gauge. 
5. Standard 4 rolling mechanism to ensure smooth up-down rolling of the bottom plate.

1. Temp. Controllers: PID Controller with Auto tuning & dual display

2. MCB: Reputed make MCB in line with every heating zone supply
