MAIN SHEET PRESS

• Supporting structure MS Powder coated.
• 6 mm Top & bottom aluminium plates.
• 12 Heating plates on each side mounted on aluminium plates to ensure equal distribution of heat.
• 10 Ton standard Manual Jack at the bottom of the pressing system with pressure gauge.
• Standard 4 rolling mechanism to ensure smooth up-down rolling of the bottom plate.

PROCESS CONTROL PANEL:

• Temp. Controllers: PID Controller with Autotuning & dual display (OMRON)
• MCB: Reputed make MCB in line with every heating zone supply
• Other Electrical Outfits: Contactors, Synchronization card, standard cord wiring with PVC conduct channel framing.
