Plastic Sheet Recycling press Machine 100cm x 100cm

This machine recycles HDPE, PP, PS, LDPE, and ABS waste into sheets, processing up to 14 kg of plastic waste per sheet.

Design Components

1. Hydraulic Press:

   • 8–10 mm aluminum plates with 24 heaters on each side for uniform heating.
   • 15-ton manual jack with a pressure gauge.
   • Rolling mechanism for smooth plate movement.

2. Control Panel:

   • PID temperature controllers with auto-tuning and dual display.
   • High-grade electrical components (MCB, contactors, phase synchronizer, overvoltage protection).
   • Power-saving advanced temperature control system.
