Extruder Mini V2
The Extruder Mini V2 from Sustainable Design Studio is an ultra-compact, hand-cranked plastic extruder for mobile workshops, classrooms, and small makerspaces. It forces molten plastic through a nozzle to produce continuous profiles, rods, and small moulded parts. At just 10kg and 15d x 24h x 50w cm, it fits on any benchtop, tucks onto a shelf, and moves between rooms or sites with ease.
The barrel heats to 300°C with PID temperature control in around 5 minutes, delivers throughput up to 5 kg/hr, and supports PLA, PETG, HDPE, ABS, PS, PP, and LDPE. Turn the handle by hand or fit a power drill for faster runs. A country-specific plug for UK, EU, AU, or North America is included.
