Our process combines color sorting bottle caps, washing, shredding, and melting them into a solid sheet. Using a CNC router, we cut the coasters into their precise shape. Afterwards, each piece is carefully hand-finished, removed of any minor imperfections, and carefully sanded along the edges to achieve a smooth, high-quality touch. Voila! A functional and stylish coaster set, handcrafted with love for sustainability and design!
