Soap Dish Mould
The Premium Soap Dish Mould from Sustainable Design Studio is a CNC-machined aluminium injection mould that produces functional soap dishes with integrated drainage ridges from recycled PP or HDPE. Each finished dish measures 21 x 125 x 75mm and includes a 26 x 40mm logo space for custom branding. The cycle runs in under 2 minutes on the Injection Mini V2 or Arbour Injection Machine V2.
Machined from solid 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium for surface finish, heat dissipation, and consistent part quality, the mould delivers clean parts directly from the cavity with no post-processing required. Well-suited for hotels, eco retailers, and small batch manufacturers producing branded bathroom accessories from recycled plastic.
