Small Comb Mould
The Premium Small Comb Mould from Sustainable Design Studio is a CNC-machined aluminium injection mould that produces two pocket-sized combs per shot from recycled PP or HDPE. Each finished comb measures 50 x 78.7 x 4.9mm with fine, evenly spaced teeth and a smooth handle, ready for retail use straight from the mould. The cycle runs in under 2 minutes on the Injection Mini V2 or Arbour Injection Machine V2.
Machined from solid 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium for surface finish, heat dissipation, and consistent part quality, the mould includes a 23 x 70mm logo space on the comb handle for custom branding. Low part volume keeps material usage minimal, making it easy to produce mixed-colour comb sets from small quantities of recycled plastic.
