Torch Mould
The Premium Torch Mould from Sustainable Design Studio is a CNC-machined aluminium injection mould that produces a single torch housing per shot from recycled PP or HDPE. Each cycle runs in under 2 minutes on the Injection Mini V2 or Arbour Injection Machine V2. The mould is sized to fit standard LED torch components, so finished parts can be assembled into a working torch with off-the-shelf electronics.
Machined from solid 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium for surface finish, heat dissipation, and consistent part quality, the Torch Mould is rated for 10,000+ injection cycles with proper maintenance. The single-cavity layout is well suited to small-batch and promotional production runs where each housing carries a clean finish ready for branding or assembly. Ideal for makers, schools, and outdoor brands turning waste plastic into functional, sellable products.
