Bag Buckle & Accessories Mould
The Premium Bag Buckle & Accessories Mould from Sustainable Design Studio is a CNC-machined aluminium injection mould that produces a complete bag hardware set from one tool. Four separate injection points let users batch zip pulls, webbing loops, ladder locks, and side-release buckles independently, so production can match exactly what a bag pattern requires. Each cycle runs in under 2 minutes on the Injection Mini V2 or Arbour Injection Machine V2.
The mould is machined from solid 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium for surface finish, durability, and consistent part quality, and is rated for 10,000+ cycles with proper care. Three of the four components carry their own logo space, including a 12mm x 26mm area on the side-release buckle, which makes the tool a strong fit for bag makers, outdoor brands, and accessories designers building a fully recycled hardware story.
