Metric Ruler Mould
The Premium Metric Ruler Mould from Sustainable Design Studio is a CNC-machined aluminium injection mould that produces a functional 16 cm ruler from recycled polypropylene in a single shot. Each cycle runs in under 2 minutes on the Injection Mini V2 or Arbour Injection Machine V2, with measurement markings and a smooth finish ready to use immediately after ejection.
Machined from solid 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium for surface finish, heat dissipation, and consistent part quality, the mould includes a 21 x 150 mm logo space running the full length of the ruler. Designed for educational institutions, promotional merchandise companies, stationery brands, and community recycling projects that want to produce branded, useful items from recycled PP at desktop scale.
