The bricks produced are the same size and weight, and the raised areas are improved to retain support structure and reinforcement, while maintaining alignment and holding each brick in place.
Our design modifications are specified to improve upon the original design. We increased the rate of successful throughput at a high quality, increase clamping strength, conserve waste material and pressure during molding with our "slip" gate attachments, and make easy of adaptation to any style of Basic or Pro extruder gate.
