The V3.3 shredder complete with 2,2 KW three phase motor,base and auto-reverse feature.

The shredder housing is cut in normal S235 mild steel, while the cutting elements are cut in HARDOX 450 wear-resistant steel, which is approximately four times harder than S235 mild steel.

An 8 mm sieve is already installed. However, if you need any other hole diameter feel free to ask for it.

The motor is three phase,2.2 KW, coupled with an industrial gear reducer that outputs 47 RPM.

The motor is controlled by a single phase inverter that controls every parameter of Its operation. When a jam is detected the motor auto reverses its rotation to remove it and then returns to forward rotation.

Also a forward-reverse switch is installed to manually control the rotation.The whole electric circuit is professionally made and is housed in an electric box with the main switches and the inverter screen easily accessible to the operator.

The coupler is industrial grade, HRC series. It is covered with steel guards, along with the bearing units.

The hopper design is slightly modified to add all-around visibility to the shredding process for displaying purposes.

The hopper is secured with a lid that has appropriate openings that allow safe feeding during operation. An induction switch is installed on the main lid that stops the motor when it is open to feed bigger pieces. A second lid with a ball catch is also installed.

The base is designed to withstand the forces produced from the shredder operation and at the same time it doesn't take up too much space for the shipping. It is fitted with wheels for maximum agility.

The whole construction is powder coated in any desired color.

Every assembly is tested for smooth running before shipping.
