The Sea Monkey Project design and build mobile plastic recycling machine sets for groups around the world. Our plastic shredder machine has a compact design and is easy to operate and maintain with minimal training.

Since 2018, we’ve placed 240+ machines in 29 countries, including 20+ machines located in community project sites here in Malaysia. All of our machine sets are customizable to suit the specific needs of our clients and partners, and supported by optional education, start-up, and training packages, available both on-site and on-line. We have the knowledge and experience to help you scale both the quality and quantity of your plastic production, having developed our own network of community project sites, and manufactured 117,000+ products from 100% upcycled plastic using our 3-in-1 plastic recycling machine sets.

All table parts are powder coated, fabricated steel to ensure longevity. The table has removable legs to make the unit smaller for transport. The stainless steel shredder box comes standard with a 3.0hp motor with an Italian gearbox, and machined coupling, wired to an inverter, forward, stop, reverse, and emergency shut-off buttons. The electrical box has been professionally wired to Singapore standards, including individual circuit breakers. Additionally, there are optional components available for safety, mobility, and operational improvements. General specifications of the machines are based off the Precious Plastic open-source blueprints, but have benefited from continuous design and manufacturing improvements by The Sea Monkey Project.
