Main sheet press
- Supporting structure MS powder-coated.
- 8 mm top and bottom aluminium plates.
- 9 heating plates on each side are mounted on aluminium plates to ensure equal distribution of heat.
- 10-ton motorized hydraulic pressing system with a pressure gauge.
- Standard 4 rolling mechanism to ensure smooth up-down rolling of the bottom plate.
Process control panel
- Temperature controllers: PID controller with auto-tuning and dual display (Multispan).
- MCB: reputed make MCB in line with every heating zone supply.
- Other electrical outfits: contactors, synchronization card, standard cord wiring with PVC conduct channel framing.
- Phase synchronizer and over-voltage protection as per CE standard.
