Automatic 1.5x1.5 Meter Sheet Press System

This machine can make multiple sheets out of HDPE / PP / PS / LDPE / ABS waste.
Each sheet can recycle from 14-50 kgs of plastic waste.

MAIN SHEET PRESS
- Supporting structure MS Powder coated.
- 8-10 mm Top & bottom aluminum plates.
- 25 Heating plates on each side mounted on aluminum plates to ensure equal distribution of heat.
- 10-50 Ton standard Automatic Hydraulic Jack at the bottom of the pressing system with pressure gauge. Standard 4 rolling mechanism to ensure smooth up-down rolling of the bottom plate
