This machine can make multiple sheets out of HDPE / PP / MLP / PS / LDPE / ABS Plastic waste.
Each sheet can recycle from 20-60 kgs of plastic waste.

1) 1500 x 1500 mm Aluminum base attached with plate heaters and whole supporting heavy-duty structure: 1 nos.
2) Integrated Hot & Cold Press Daylight System with Quad Jack Hydraulic System - 1 nos.
3) SIMEMENS Made Process Control Panel synchronized by PLC-HMI-based temperature controller: 1 nos.

- MCB: Reputed make MCB in line with every heating zone supply
- Other Electrical Outfits: Contactors, Synchronization card, standard cord wiring with PVC conduct channel framing.
- Phase Synchronizer and Over Voltage Protection as per CE Standard.
