1. Extruder Specifications:

   • Motor: 7.5 HP AC motor with frequency drive
   • Screw Type: Smooth Screw, 70 RPM max, length 1400 mm
   • Material: HDPE/PP/LDPE/PS/PET (including recycled, grinded scrap)
   • Barrel: L-1500 mm, OD-115 mm, ID-67 mm (Smooth Feed Barrier Type, EN 41B Nitro alloy steel with gas nitriding)
   • Heating: 3 heating zones (Ceramic Band Heaters, 6 kW)
   • Output: 50-60 kg/hour
   • Hopper: MS fabricated with safety features
   • Structure: Heavy-duty MS fabricated with angles, channels, and sheet covering

   • Temperature Control: PID with autotuning and dual display
