1. Bottle Collection: We have established multiple collection points throughout our city to gather a steady supply of bottles. We are collecting the bottles from the source - schools, restaurants. 
2. Sorting by Color: Upon collection, we meticulously sort the bottles by color. This step allows us to ensure consistency and quality in our final product.
3. Cutting and Washing: Once sorted, the bottles are cut into large pieces. These pieces are then mechanically and chemically washed, ensuring thorough cleaning and removing any impurities.
4. Drying: After the washing process, the bottles undergo a careful drying procedure. 
5. Shredding and Granulating: Our advanced 3Devo GP-20 Shredder & Granulator Hybrid comes into play. It efficiently shreds and granulates the clean, dry bottles, transforming them into flakes smaller than 3mm in size. This cutting-edge technology ensures consistent and precise results.
