Round shape:

This mold is created to inject one wall peg per cycle. It makes a smooth "mushroom" shape that has the screw embedded. An oranic shape that decorates the wall.

Easy and fast:

The closing plates have open side holes to improve the assembly and disassembly process. You just need to loosen up a bit every butterfly nut and it will be ready to open. You may need some wrenches to ensure a proper closure. It also has circular guides to ensure a perfect alignment between both cavities creating a perfect peg every time. The screw is placed inside the mold before each injection and ends embedded in the plastic, ensuring a strong attachment, without any post process, getting the peg ready to be screwed in the wall. It works with screws of 3,5m or 1/8" diameter and 2" or 50mm long.

The basic mold includes:

   - 2 Cavity aluminum parts

   - Screw support

   - Plate with nozzle (screwed or cone) If different, please contact me

   - Closing bolts: Hex. head, Ø1/4 inch, Grade 5, with washers and butterfly nuts

   - Injected product test/sample

   - 10 units 1/8" x 2" screws
