Variable mold:

This mold is created to inject one wall peg per cycle. It makes a flat circle with a clindrical support that has the screw embedded. Just a minimalistic shape that decorates the wall. If you want to personalize the peg, you can add interchangeable engravings with a text/image or your logo on the front face. This means that you can make variations to the final product with some basic reassembly of the mold. Also, if you want to have some back branding or manufacturing information, it can be added on the back of the peg. For the engravings, please check this templeates and then you can upload your designs (it can be from a handmade drawing to a vector file) and I will send back a proposal for your approval.

Easy and fast:

The closing plates have open side holes to improve the assembly and disassembly process. You just need to loosen up a bit every butterfly nut and it will be ready to open. You may need some wrenches to ensure a proper closure. The screw is placed inside the mold before each injection and ends embedded in the plastic, ensuring a strong attachment, without any post process, getting the peg ready to be screwed in the wall. It works with screws of 3,5m or 1/8" diameter and 2" or 50mm long.

The basic mold includes:

   - 2 Cavity aluminum parts

   - Plate with nozzle (screwed or cone) If different, please contact me

   - Closing bolts: Hex. head, Ø1/4 inch, Grade 5, with washers and butterfly nuts

   - Injected product test/sample

   - 10 units 1/8" x 2" screws
