Sunglasses Mould V2
The Premium Sunglasses Mould V2 from Sustainable Design Studio is a CNC-machined aluminium injection mould set that produces complete sunglasses from recycled polypropylene. The redesigned V2 insert system creates the lens groove during moulding, removing the manual preparation step required by V1 and allowing standard Oakley replacement lenses to slot directly into the finished frames.
The set comprises separate frames and arms moulds machined from solid 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium, designed to run in parallel for higher throughput. Three style options are available (Holbrook squared, Frogskins rounded retro, Sutro wraparound shield), each delivering a complete pair of frames + arms per cycle pair with cycle times under 4 minutes per shot. Optional custom branding adds a 9 x 40mm logo space on the arms.
