The Sustainable Design Studio is a UK start-up specializing, in producing High Quality and Affordable recycling equipment based on the Precious Plastic Ecosystem. Founded by one of the original designers behind the Precious Plastic V4 Brick, and a Precious Plastic HQ employee, we are always creating new and unique ways to recycle plastic, and with a full-time staff team, we are available 24/7 to help you on your recycling journey. Our Machines and Moulds are already in use in over 35 countries on 6 continents and we look forward to helping you get started.

The Premium Moulds are focused on creating really useful and high-detail products. All of our Premium Moulds are machined Aluminium to ensure the highest quality product can be made from your recycled plastic and designed with our machines in mind.
Our modular furniture clip mould makes it easy to create versatile and stylish furniture, displays, or storage solutions. Designed for 9mm—18 mm thick sheet materials, this mould allows you to join panels together with a handful of clips, enabling endless design configurations. Whether you’re assembling furniture, setting up trade show displays, or organizing your space, this mould is perfect for small-scale production and DIY projects.
The mould produces durable and reliable clips with precision, making assembly quick, tool-free, and reconfigurable. Each mould is tailored for use with our Injection Mini & Arbour Machines, with custom nozzle options available upon request.
