Bead Mould (3 Sizes)
The Premium Bead Mould from Sustainable Design Studio is a CNC-machined aluminium injection mould that produces a full batch of uniform beads in a single shot. Available in three sizes (Large 12mm, Medium 8.5mm, Small 6.5mm), each mould runs a complete cycle in under 2 minutes on the Injection Mini V2 or Arbour Injection Machine V2.
Each size is sold as a separate mould, machined from solid 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium for surface finish, heat dissipation, and consistent part quality. Small part volumes keep material usage low, making it easy to produce mixed-colour bead sets from small quantities of recycled plastic. Designed for jewellery makers, makerspaces, schools, and small-batch production studios.
