Modular Tray Mould
The Premium Modular Tray Mould from Sustainable Design Studio is a single-cavity injection mould that turns recycled polypropylene into stackable, interlocking storage trays. Each shot produces one tray with a generous 83mm x 83mm logo area on the base, making it well suited to branded retail, office, and workshop applications. Cycle times sit under 2 minutes on the Injection Mini V2 or Arbour Injection Machine V2.
Machined from solid 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium, the mould produces trays designed to stack and connect with each other, so customers can build custom storage configurations from a single SKU. Running batches in different recycled colours unlocks easy colour-coded organisation systems. Rated for 10,000+ cycles with proper care.
