Spinning Top Mould
The Premium Spinning Top Mould from Sustainable Design Studio is a CNC-machined aluminium injection mould that produces four balanced spinning tops in a single shot. Each cycle runs in under 2 minutes on the Injection Mini V2 or Arbour Injection Machine V2. The mould supports an unusually broad range of materials, including PP, HDPE, LDPE, PS and PLA, which makes it a strong choice for educational and experimental settings.
Machined from solid 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium, the mould delivers a consistent surface finish, good heat dissipation and reliable part quality across long production runs. The optimised surface finish helps tops eject cleanly without sticking, keeping cycle times short and yields high. With small part volumes and a simple four-cavity layout, it is well suited to schools, makerspaces, event giveaways and toy brands working with recycled plastic feedstock.
