The Premium Wireless Phone Charger Mould from Sustainable Design Studio is a CNC-machined aluminium injection mould that produces both the top and bottom housing halves of a Qi-compatible wireless charger in a single shot. Each cycle runs in under 2 minutes on the Injection Mini V2 or Arbour Injection Machine V2, ready for assembly around standard charging modules.
Machined from solid 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium for surface finish, heat dissipation, and consistent part quality, the mould includes a 61 mm diameter circular logo space for prominent branding. Designed for tech accessories brands, promotional merchandise companies, schools, and sustainability-focused businesses producing branded desk accessories from recycled polypropylene. Wireless charging modules are not included.
