Ring Mould
The Premium Ring Mould from Sustainable Design Studio is a CNC-machined aluminium injection mould that produces eight rings across four sizes in a single cycle. Two injection points feed eight cavities, two per size. Each cycle runs in under 2 minutes on the Injection Mini V2 or Arbour Injection Machine V2.
Machined from solid 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium for surface finish, heat dissipation, and consistent part quality, the mould produces rings in Small (21.9 mm), Medium (23.8 mm), Large (25 mm), and XL (26 mm) diameters. Compatible with PP and HDPE, this is a high-cavity tool designed for jewellery makers, schools, makerspaces, and event organisers producing wearable items from recycled plastic.
