Button Mould (3 Sizes)
The Premium Button Mould from Sustainable Design Studio is a CNC-machined aluminium injection mould that produces a full batch of uniform buttons in a single shot. Available in three sizes (Ligne 32 Large 20mm, Ligne 24 Medium 15.3mm, Ligne 16 Small 10.7mm), each mould runs a complete cycle in under 2 minutes on the Injection Mini V2 or Arbour Injection Machine V2.
Each size is sold as a separate mould, machined from solid 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium for surface finish, heat dissipation, and consistent part quality. All three variants include dedicated logo space on the button face, ideal for branded fashion runs, uniform buttons, and small-batch production.
