Start with the basic:
This mold creates two medals with engraving in both faces. It has a though slot to add a ribbon. The engraving plates can be easily changed to reuse the mold for different competitions.
Easy and fast:
The closing plate have threaded holes to improve the assembly and disassembly process. You may need some wrenches or allen to ensure a proper closure. It also has conical guides to ensure a perfect alignment between the mold parts; creating a medal perfectly aligned. For an easy demolding, it has a gap between the mold parts to separate them by applying a small lever force with a flat screw.
