Clipping system:

This mold is created to inject one wall support per cycle. It makes a "U" shape that grabs different diameter sticks from 2cm to 3cm diameter. Screwed to the wall, it's a fast way to grab and keep the brooms, mops or any other stick organized.

Easy and fast:

The closing plates have open side holes to improve the assembly and disassembly process. You just need to loosen up a bit every butterfly nut and it will be ready to open. You may need some wrenches to ensure a proper closure. It also has conic guides to ensure a perfect alignment between the male, female and nozzle; creating walls of homogeneous thickness every time. The mold creates the holes for the screws avoiding any post process. It works with screws of 3,5m or 1/8" diameter and 1" or 25mm long.

   - Closing bolts: Hex. head, Ø1/4 inch, Grade 5, with washers and butterfly nuts
