Shredder V3.3 (Diassembly) kit, based on Precious Plastic design

We include;

* 69 laser-cut pieces, made of regular steel. Design according to Precious Plastic. PP Capi Spain has created the third revision of the original designs, and we have improved the manufacturing tolerances facilitating the assembly.

* Shaft according to Precious Plastic design, in carbon steel, with 2 threads and keyway included (laser cut parts are fitted to this shaft).

* 2 bearings, according to Precious Plastic specifications (UCFL 206). (Bearings fit on the shaft and on the laser cut pieces).

* Laser cut parts for the sieve holder.

* Steel bolts and nuts.

All laser cut parts are made of regular steel.

--> We have a variant with the sieve holes Diameter 8 mm ( thickness = 1.5, D= 8 mm, 149x149 mm).

( Recommended by PP Capi Spain) 

You must select this option in the order panel (With Sieve D 8 mm).

--> We have a variant with the sieve holes Diameter D 4 mm ( thickness = 1.5, D= 4 mm, 149x149 mm).

You must select this option in the order panel (With Sieve D 4 mm).

-- A variant with 4 M16 threads is available ( With M16 Theard ). You only need to select this option on the order panel (With M16 Theard). This operation is essential for the assembly of the machine. Where the bearing bolts are inserted into the Box Plate 1.1 and Box Plate 1.2 parts. You can decide whether you make them yourself or we will send them to you already made.

We have a manual with photos, drawings, etc... to facilitate your assembly (Manual available in English or Spanish).

This new version presents the following improvements, compared to V2.1

* Welding is not necessary, so assembly is considerably simplified. ( weld only for the sieve and the sieve holder).

* More robust shaft, 36 mm hexagonal.

* More robust bearings. D 30mm.

* Shaft with keyway incorporated.

* Thicker side plates.

Kit para montaje de Shredder V3.3, basado en el diseño de Precious Plastic

Incluimos;

* 69 Piezas de corte laser para el montaje de la caja, en acero al carbono. Diseño según Precious Plastic. PP Capi Spain ha creado la tercera revisión de los diseños originales, y hemos mejorado las tolerancias de fabricación facilitando el montaje.

* Eje según diseño de Precious Plastic, en acero al Carbono, con 2 roscas y chavetero incluido. ( Las piezas de corte laser se ajustan a este eje)

* 2 Rodamientos, según las especificaciones de Precious Plastic ( UCFL 206) . (Los rodamientos ajustan en el eje y en las piezas de corte láser).

* Piezas de corte laser para el portamalla.

* Tornillería en acero.

Todas la piezas de corte laser están fabricadas con acero al carbono.

--> Disponemos de una variante con la malla ( e = 1,5, D= 8 mm, 149x149 mm).

 Usted sólo debe seleccionar esta opción en el panel de ordenes ( With Sieve D8)

--> Disponemos de una variante con la malla ( e = 1,5, D= 4 mm, 149x149 mm). 

Usted sólo debe seleccionar esta opción en el panel de ordenes ( With Sieve 4) 

-- > Disponemos de una variante con las 4 roscas M16 realizados ( With M16 Theard). Usted sólo debe seleccionar esta opción en el panel de ordenes ( With M16 Theard). Operación imprescindible para el montaje de la máquina. Donde se insertan los tornillos de los rodamientos en las piezas Box Plate 1.1 y Box Plate 1.2. Usted podrá decidir si los realiza usted o nosotros se lo mandamos ya realizados.

La  versión V3.3 presenta las siguiente mejoras, respecto a la versión V2.1

* No es necesario las soldaduras, por lo que se simplifica notablemente el montaje ( sólo se necesita soldaduras para la malla y el portamallas)

* Eje más robusto, hexagonal de 36 mm.

* Rodamientos mas robustos. D 30 mm.

* Eje con chavetero incorporado.

* Placas laterales más gruesas.
