User-Friendly Assembly:

The MicroLight is designed for easy assembly, similar to IKEA flat-pack furniture. All parts slot together seamlessly, requiring only basic engineering skills.

Robust Design:

Constructed with 5mm, 4mm, and 3mm steel side plates, ensuring durability and strength. Engineered stainless steel spur gears manufactured CNC/plasma cut steel for reliability and precision.

Versatile Operation:

Compatible with a variety of motors, including small motors (1.0 KW upwards), torque drills, and stepper motors (Nema 42 - 48). Hand ratchet operation with flexible wrench for easy adjustments. Not Included. 

Motor: Not included. Recommended single-phase 1kW RPM 1800 motor with 30:1 worm gear/gearbox for shaft rotation and excellent torque (180+Nm). 

A 2KW motor RPM 1800 provides 250Nm and 65RPM. Ensure proper motor-torque combination to avoid underpowering or overpowering issues. Not Included.

Features Clockwise or Counter Clockwise setup on shaft {shear blades out or shear blades in rotation} - 24 x 3 shear rotating blades against fixed teeth for efficient granulation.

Includes a 5mm perforated twin under wrapped mesh sieve to assist with material processing. Also extra 0.5mm x 2 sieve tab shims included to adjust height positions to your project needs.

6mm Threaded rods and 6mm bolts. 4 x 6mm gear to shaft grub screws. Cheap at your local supplier.

Assembly Tools Required:

• M6 socket and wrench
• Pair of grips or mole grips
• Adjustable spanner for M6 nuts
• M3 hex key for grub screws
