This kit features enhanced design tolerances for easier side fit assembly, ensuring a perfect fit without the extensive grinding needed in 2.1 versions. slide fit rotating teeth plus hex spacers and extra shims to suit your individual project build. Sieve Mesh is 6mm 304 round hole. — all at an unbeatable price and tolerance quailty for PP community projects.

Additional Items Needed

To complete your shredder build, you will need the following (not included): 2 x UCFL 204 bearings, V2.1 27mm shaft, nuts, bolts, and threaded rod. These can be sourced easily from the shredder parts section of PPbazar, eBay, or local DIY suppliers at low prices.

We include FREE EXTRA shims to accommodate potential customer tolerances:

• 2 x 0.5mm Knife Spacer Shims (27.20mm hex)
• 2 x 0.5mm Fixed Knife Shims
• 2 x 0.5mm Shaft to Bearing Spacer Shims (20.20mm inner diameter)

These shims ensure a precise fit for your personalised V2.1 shredder build.
