The shredder box features a robust design that incorporates:

- Positioned Tabs: These tabs are strategically placed to align the components perfectly, facilitating a straightforward assembly process. 

- M10 Threaded Rods: The use of M10 threaded rods allows for adjustable tension during assembly. This means you can easily compress and secure the box components, ensuring they stay firmly in place during operation. The rods also help distribute stress evenly across the structure. These threaded rods are not included, but available at low cost on many online markets.

- Clamping Mechanism: This system allows for quick disassembly and reassembly, making maintenance and repairs easier. The design ensures that you can access internal components without hassle, which is especially beneficial for routine checks and cleaning.

- Reinforced Structure: With the combination of tabs and threaded rods, the shredder box can withstand higher operational stresses, contributing to overall reliability and performance.

The 6mm sieve frame and mesh are pre-welded for your convenience. The sieve has been fully redesigned to enhance ease of handling and fitment into the granulation area. Additionally, all welding is carried out to BS4872 certification standards

Motor: Not included. Recommended single-phase 3kW RPM 1800 motor with 30:1 worm gear/gearbox for shaft rotation and excellent torque (350+Nm). 

A 2KW motor RPM 1400 provides 310Nm and 58RPM. Ensure proper motor-torque combination to avoid underpowering or overpowering issues. Not Included.

Coupling: LoveJoy L100 or L110 couplings with spider shock absorbers are highly recommended for connecting the gearbox to the shredder shaft (couplings not included).

• Adjustable spanner for M10 nuts
• 3mm hexagonal key for bearing set screws
