*) 74 laser cut parts in Stainless AISI 304 . According to Precious Plastic version 2.1 drawings. PP Capi Spain has created the third revision of the original drawings, and we have improved the manufacturing tolerances facilitating the assembly.

*)2 units UCFL204 bearings according to Precious Plastic specifications (bearings fit on the shaft and on the laser cut parts).

*) 1 shaft made of Stainless. According to Precious Plastic drawings (laser cutting parts fit on this shaft).

*) Nuts and bolts in Stainless. Quality A2 ( AISI 304).

Not included the sieve, the manipulation of the pieces (sanding, conic drills and threading), nor the necessary welding.

-- We have a variant with  4 conics drill available. You must select this option in the order panel (With Conic Drill). This option is essential for the assembly of the machine. Where the head of the countersunk screws are inserted. You can decide whether you make them yourself or we send them to you already made.

--> We have a variant with the sieve holes Diameter 8 mm ( thickness = 1.5, D= 8 mm, 149x149 mm).

You must select this option in the order panel (With Sieve D 8 mm).

--> We have a variant with the sieve holes Diameter D 4 mm ( thickness = 1.5, D= 4 mm, 149x149 mm).

You must select this option in the order panel (With Sieve D 4 mm).

Delivery is fast, as we have several kits in stock.
