Introducing the V3.3 Mini 7-Blade Shredder — A cost-effective solution featuring high-quality engineering of laser-cut parts. This kit is shipped as a 3-blade shear shredder version. Please note that the shaft plus hopper are not included but can be purchased as an extra option.

Extra shims fixed teeth small and round shims for shaft compression. 0.5mm

pre-welded steel updated sieve framework with 6mm mesh

5mm thickness EN8 lasercut Crank Handle. 280mm length.

If you require to turn your own 7 mini shaft we are happy to forwards the specification drawing to your email upon order.

Not Included:

Hex steel shaft (32mm faces turned to 30mm for UCFL 206 bearing slide fitment) optional extra.

Galvanised hopper not included but as optional extra.

2 x UCFL 206 30m bearings (available separately in the parts section of PP or online wholesale like ebay)

All necessary nuts, bolts, washers, M10 threaded rod, and 4 x 14mm bearing bolts not included.

Motor plus gearbox.

Design Features:

The shredder can be operated with a crank handle, reduced KW motor, or torque drill with variable speed and high torque settings. Pedal power is also an option.

The sieve frame is pre-welded and redesigned for ease of handling and safety, with a handle added for operator protection. Welding is carried out to BS4872 standards.

Assembly/Disassembly: The V3.3 shredder is designed for easy assembly and disassembly by design of tab slots and compression.
