• Sieve: 6mm hole pre-welded EN8 mesh on a 3mm sieve frame.

Assembly

The V3.3 features a modular design for easy assembly and disassembly, akin to a flat-pack furniture process. Essential tools for maintenance or assembly:

• M14 socket and wrench
• M10 socket and wrench
• Pair of grips or mole grips
• Adjustable spanner for M10 nuts
• 3mm hexagonal key for bearing set screws

Optional Add-Ons

• Galvanized Steel Hopper: sold seperately and Available upon request.

Motor Recommendation

• Motor: Single-phase 3kW motor with a 50:1 worm gear/gearbox is recommended for 56RPM shaft rotation and excellent torque (380+Nm). Alternatively, a 40:1 ratio motor provides 310Nm and 70RPM.
• Coupling: Use LoveJoy L100 or L110 couplings with spider shock absorbers (couplings not included).
