Andy's Recycling Machines, based in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain, I make the pallet sized MultiMelt Machine, with the Extruder, now with Arbor Injector and either the Compressor Oven, or the Shredder, all together on a strong metal frame, easy to transport (as a pallet sized transport) and occupying half the space of the 3 machines by themselves, small enough to fit in almost any place (standard pallet size = 80cm x 120cm)... if you have a small workshop then this format is ideal

My second space saving design is this one, made from necessity of a compact "exposition" machine which can be transported in almost any car (with flat laying boot, deep boots are not appropriate to slide the machine in!), and plugged in anywhere (Shredder normally uses 3-phase electricity), to be able to Shred and Inject the plastic classified in that very same place

Ultra Compact 2-in-1 Shredder and Arbor Injector Combo, fits in your car, ideal for demos and expositions!

After I'd made the compact frame MultiMeltMachine, (that takes up half the space of the 3 incorporated machines but still is pallet sized and weights 150kg), and then getting invited to several demos and expositions about recycling, I realised that, although the MMM is ideal for a small workspace, it is NOT ideal to take anywhere regularly, as it is so large that requires we rent a medium sized van, needs 4 people to load and unload, and the Shredder is 3-phase, so this has been very difficult to organise, most times impossible...  Given that also have realised that we mostly use the injector at these demos events (as it is a lot quicker to make something), I now designed this 2-in-1 injector and shredder, with the frame carefully sized to fit in my car (measures 95cm long, 90cm tall, and 30cm wide, the 95cm side is laid down in the flat boot of my car and just fits!), and the shredder running from a 220v mono-phase VFD so can plug in anywhere and shred and inject... It does weigh 110kg, but with careful positioning, can be loaded into my car with 2 people... as before I also wanted to include somewhere to store all useful tools, small moulds, cleaning and maintenance stuff, etc, and also decided to incorporate a way to add heavy duty trolly wheels, so can use the frame itself to tilt and wheel around the machine between car and exposition place

Injector has 50mm ceramic wool insulation, for next-level heating efficiency, Injector also has cork lined clamp system, to isolate heat passing to the frame, and Injector comes with Spring-Loaded Barrel for Quick Sealing of moulds, no need to screw and unscrew moulds any longer*, the seal is automatic on positioning and injecting!! Faster mould filling means less blockages from cooling plastic ;-)

* you will require to make your own wood support blocks, that have to go under the mould when injecting, each size of mould will require its own sized wood support block

Machines made under order, please give about 4-5 weeks for complete preparation of the frame and 2 machines, sourcing the materiales here in Canary Islands take take a little longer than other places ;-)
