• Rotor: CNC-machined rotor made from high-strength steel for maximum durability. Ready to be paired with the shredder teeth for smooth operation.

• Shredder Teeth: High-frequency treated SHRPROWEI-1 1200.02-0 and SHRPROWEI-1 1200.03-0 teeth, designed to handle tough materials with precision.

• Bolts: All required bolts for assembly, ensuring tight and stable fittings.

• Bearings: Heavy-duty bearings that support the rotor and ensure smooth operation under continuous use.

• Pre-Tapped Holes: Every hole in the kit is pre-tapped, making the welding and assembly process faster and more efficient. No additional tools or machining are required.

• Pre-Bent Parts: All parts that require bending are pre-bent according to drawings amking assembly quick and easy.

• Electrical Components: Includes control box, wiring, connectors, controller, switches, and all necessary components for seamless integration and operation of the shredder. 

• Pre-wired (Optional): All electrical components pre-wired and ready to plug-in. (Note: Motor wire, and door switch will be disconnected for shipping, but will be labled for easy reconnection)
