Arbour Injection Machine V2
The Arbour Injection Machine V2 from Sustainable Design Studio is a free-standing manual injection moulder for home workshops, makerspaces, schools, and small-batch production studios. With a 155g shot size, dual 300W heaters, and a hand-powered rack and pinion mechanism, it handles bigger products and higher volumes than the Injection Mini V2, and needs no compressor or air supply.
It runs at up to seven full cycles per hour, with a rated output of 1.12 kg/hr and dual PID temperature control across the full barrel length. Supported plastics include PLA, PETG, HDPE, ABS, PS, PP, TPU, and LDPE. Pair it with our Premium Moulds or your own custom steel or aluminium moulds.
Compared with the V1, the V2 has a larger barrel for bigger shots up to 155g, higher injection pressure of around 125 bar at the nozzle for cleaner fills on detailed moulds, and a quick-release mould mechanism for faster changeovers between runs.

Shot size determines the maximum size of the products you can make: smaller shot sizes are suitable for small items like keyrings or tiles, while larger shot sizes allow for bigger or thicker products.
