Motor Injection Machine
Force without effort:
Ideal for large productions, the engine does all the work by moving a screw piston system with a belt. Very compact, the machine is built on three frames bolted together, resulting in a vertical structure. The belt tension can be adjusted to control the pressure during injection. This allows a complete injection to be achieved with few burrs. Equipped with four 3" wheels, it can be moved effortlessly on a flat surface inside the workshop.
Big and super fast:
It has an injection capacity of 120 gr. of plastic (Although I recomend to inject products under 100 gr.) That is like a disc of 11 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick. And it can inject continuously in 5-8 minutes cycles.
Easy mold connection:
The conical nozzle and car jack allow for a faster and easier way to connect the mold to the barrel. Without leaks or pressure losses, this system ensures a reliable connection for a perfect injection.
The machine includes:
- All functional mechanical parts.
- Bandheater and all the electronics at 110Volts or 220Volts.
- 2 Tons Car Jack with returning springs.
- 1 Reducer 1:10 with pulley and belt.
- 1 Monophase motor at 110Volts or 220Volts of 1HP (750 Watts).
