Manual Injection Machine

This machine transforms the plastic flakes into a soft mass, which, through the action of the steering wheel, is injected under high pressure directly into a closed mold, which results in various objects, such as gifts, keychains, jewelry and utensils. Our model has two coupling systems to the molds, increasing productivity. It is possible to manufacture exclusive molds.

Programmable digital temperature controllers.

1200W shielded resistors.

Carbon steel injection tube and cylinder. 

Detachable base.

Screwable injection outlet or quick-change nozzle. 

Supplied for 220V network. Can be manufactured for 110V network upon request.

Recommended plastics for use: types 2 (HDPE), 4 (LDPE) and 5 (PP).

Plastics not recommended for use: types 1 (PET), 3 (PVC), 6 (PS) and 7 (OTHERS).

Important: to operate this machine it is necessary to use safety equipment, purchased separately.
