A wheel-thrown lidded vessel handmade by Claire Ellis in her Melbourne studio using ceramic materials and waste. Plastic clay bags collected from Melbourne ceramics studios are crafted by hand into lids and eggshells from a local egg farmer are the source of calcium in the glaze recipe. A lovingly handmade container for jewellery, salt or trinkets.
The Loop Container is Inspired by the Solace Container that was launched in Melbourne Design Week 2022, offering a minimalist and food safe alternative without the recycled glass interior.
This design is also available in Desert, Red Sea and Atlantic colours.
- Ceramic components are dishwasher safe, recycled plastic components are hand-wash only
