Clement Knives is a waste negative business producing a range of hand-made chef knives.

All knives are forged and sharpened by hand, so no two are the same. The knives are made with a zero waste ethos using reclaimed steel and in-house recycled plastics. All knives come with a scabbard made from recycled agricultural waste.

The handle plastic is from beaches in South-West Scotland where the coastline is rugged and wild, hard to clean but easy to catch waste.

The blades are forged from 52100 high carbon steel, and hand-sharpened on whetstones.
